1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an API key or programmatically interacting with any endpoint assigned to TRC10Swap's domains, you legally bind yourself to these runtime terms.

2. Usage Limits and Restrictions

Our RESTful endpoints are heavily caching-based but have strict rate limits deployed. Continuous spam vectors triggering 429 status codes may result in your IP block being instantly null-routed. API integrations must not mask User Agent signatures.

3. Service Availability

While TRC10Swap pledges 99% uptime, we make no guarantees of uninterrupted service during violent TRON network congestion events. Automatic retry logic must be handled on your application's side.
