How does it work?

For example, imagine that we change BTT to USDT.

Why is my wallet address recognized as invalid?

Carefully check that the address you are trying to enter is a valid TRON network address (starting with "T"). Since TRC10Swap strictly processes TRON-based assets (TRC10 and TRC20), Ethereum (0x...) or Bitcoin addresses will not work.

What should I do if my order expired?

If your transaction has not arrived before the 15-minute order window has passed, you can simply initiate a new swap on the main dashboard. The system will drop the inactive session automatically. If your funds arrive late, they will still be matched or safely bounced back to the sending address.
