TRC10Swap operates autonomously without user accounts. You do not need to register, provide your name, physical address, or undergo mandatory KYC verification to execute swaps. As a result, we collect the bare minimum amount of data required to ensure functional delivery of our services.

2. Transient Blockchain Data

During a swap, we collect your provided destination TRC20 wallet address solely for the purpose of dispatching your USDT funds. We also actively scan the TRON blockchain to detect incoming TRC10 deposits to your assigned temporary address. All wallet addresses are public on the blockchain ledger, and TRC10Swap treats them as purely transient routing references.

3. Technical and Non-Personal Data

We log non-personal, generalized information such as IP addresses (which are immediately obfuscated), browser agents, and generalized device data for rate-limiting, internal analytics, and defense monitoring. Logs are cycled routinely.
