Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TRC10Swap, a fully automated non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange platform designed exclusively for the TRON blockchain ecosystem. By utilizing our exchange services, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Nature of Service

TRC10Swap operates as a routing and aggregation layer. We do not act as an asset custodian. TRC10Swap does not "hold" your funds long-term; instead, it processes real-time exchanges between TRC10 tokens and TRC20 tokens (primarily USDT) by interacting with decentralized liquidity pools.

3. Exchange Mechanics

  • Transactions: Users must send the exact specified amount of TRC10 tokens to the provided temporary deposit address. Over-deposits or under-deposits may result in delayed matching or require manual refunds via our support system.
  • Fixed and Float Rates: When choosing a Fixed Rate, you guarantee the exact output amount based on the snapshot at order creation, valid for a strict time window (e.g., 10 minutes). Float Rate transactions will match based on the global market price at the exact moment of blockchain network confirmation.
  • Network Confirmations: A transaction will only be matched and completed once the required TRON network block confirmations are received.

4. User Responsibilities

You bear full responsibility for providing the correct destination wallet address. TRC10Swap cannot reverse or alter transactions once they have been broadcast to the TRON mainnet. Due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology, any funds transmitted to incorrect or irrecoverable addresses are permanently lost.

5. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

While TRC10Swap is non-custodial and does not require registration, we adhere to basic monitoring parameters to prevent illicit usage of our routing layers. Transactions inherently suspicious or flagged by our upstream analytics partners may be paused, subject to standard AML holds or refunds.

6. Liability Limitation

TRC10Swap makes continuous efforts to ensure top reliability, speed, and safety. However, we cannot be held liable for losses incurred due to significant momentary price slippages in the broader market, TRON network outages, hardware failures on the user side, or third-party liquidity pool interruptions.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at our discretion. Any modifications become entirely effective once published on this page.
